Hi my name is Barry Gazzard and I have been a Timeshare Owner since the early 1980s.
In fact my first Timeshare I acquired when I was in my mid twenties, and
that week (along with others I subsequently acquired) were converted into a Points System
in the mid 1990s. Since then I have enjoyed countless quality vacations all over the world,
saved many thousands of dollars in accomodation costs, bought even more Timeshares
(today I own around 15 weeks or their equivalent), rented weeks out for a profit, and even
SOLD some of my Timeshare Weeks for a significant PROFIT! YES I am probably one of the few
Timeshare Owners who actually has bought and sold a Timeshare for a profit!
But things have changed over the years, and today there are hundreds of thousands of aging
Timeshare Owners, in hundreds of older but reasonably maintained resorts around the world, who
no longer want or can use their Timeshares ... but who also cannot find someone to take over
their weeks!
Or maybe they are just retiring and ready to start travelling more and visiting other resorts,
but hate the high Membership
and Exchange Fees charged by other Exchange Companies! Well these problems are excatly why

FlexiXChange is a Vacation Exchange and Rental System,
whereby owners ('Owner Members') of Timeshares, Fractional Ownership
and Whole Ownership Vacation Properties ('VacProps') can deposit Vacation Time into
our system in exchange for Vacation Credits ('VacCredits'), which they can then use to withdraw
Vacation Accommodations ('VacStays') from our System. Owner Members can also buy VacCredits
for additional VacStays, or to make-up VacCredit shortfalls.
And Membership in FlexiXChange is not limited to Owner Members only, as we also offer a 'Use Member'
category for folks you don't own VacProps to exchange. Use Members simply buy VacCredits and use
those to reserve VacStays in our System. It's that simple!
Additionally, if a Use Member ever decides to upgrade to become an Owner Member, we can help
them secure a quality Vacation Property suiting their budget and needs, and at a Resort
or Property with high demand characteristics in sought after locations.
This we can do through one of our Affilaited Licensed Real Estate Brokerages, offering
you a proffessional service and piece-of-mind.
And our VacCredit System makes it easier and more flexible
than ever before to exchange or book amazing vacation accommodations!
VacCredits can be accumlated and saved for upto 5 years, used for a variety
of Accomodation Types (e.g. B&B's, Hotel & Motel Rooms, Shared Condos, Private Condos,
Shared Homes, Private Homes, etc.), or deposited into our Rental Dividend Pool in exchange for Annual
Rental Dividends! Yes we've covered ALL the bases!
Plus our Supply-Demand Algorythm Maximizes Occupancy Rates and Rental Revenues, while
always giving Owner Members a Priority Reservation Window for XChange Inventory!
And last but not least, we offer a variety of Membership Plans starting with our Basic FREE Plans
(or 'Pay Per Reservation Plans'), to our Premium 'MaxValue' Plans.
